Bonds of Fire

I can finally say with confidence that Bonds of Fire will be ready by January 31st! After a holiday vacation then two weeks with the flu, I had to keep pushing back the release date. But now I am well and back at work! The book’s blurb and teaser are also ready. So to whet your appetite for Willow Bellum and Alpha Lyonis Keelan’s story, here is a taste of things to come.

Bonds of Fire

Hotheaded succubus Willow Bellum doesn’t take kindly to being given to the Alpha of the shapeshifters. When the will from her dead father puts Willow under the Alpha’s protection, she runs. Yet no matter how hard or fast she runs, he always seems to catch her. And with each stolen moment together, Willow finds herself relenting to his quick smile and passionate kisses more and more.

When the Alpha finally captures his feisty succubus, he proceeds with a full-on seduction meant to weaken her defenses. Alpha Lyonis Keelan hasn’t made his way to position of Alpha lightly and Willow’s defiance to his touch only makes him more determined to win her. Because whether she wants it or not, Willow is his mate and he plans to keep her no matter what.

As their love struggles to take hold, an ancient demon stalks Willow. Unable to rest until it sees her dead, Willow and Lyonis must stand together or risk losing everything.

I can’t wait to have this book finished and edited. So far it’s my longest and has already surpassed the word count of Chains of Frost. I estimate this novel to be at least 100k when it’s all wrapped up.

Last but not least here is a teaser from Bonds of Fire:

“As if this is any way to woo a lady,” Willow muttered, tugging on the chains around her wrists.

“Well, I’ve tried the more traditional means, but they seem to mean nothing to you.”
Willow’s eyes frantically searched the room, found the source of the voice. She cursed bitterly.

“What are you doing here?”

Lyonis Keelan stalked to the bed where he’d conveniently chained her. Sexist pig. He wore something similar to what he always wore. A baggy pair of khaki’s and a loose, button-down plaid shirt. Simple clothes but on him they looked good enough for a GQ model. God, she hated him.

“Don’t you remember? I saved your life.”

“Well you don’t have to sound so cocky about it.” Suddenly his face was in front of hers. His eyes hard with anger, lips pulled in a frown.

“I am not happy that I had to rescue you from nearly drowning. The water was pitch black. It took longer than it should have to find you. I was terrified you’d die down there,” he said roughly. The way his eyes traced over her face almost made it seem like he cared.

“You don’t care about me so stop acting like it.”

“Oh, but I care very much.” His fingers traced over her cheek. His touch burned.

“You don’t know anything about me, Alpha. So why don’t you back the fuck up.” She used her bitchiest of tones. The kind that made men throw up their hands and back away from her like she had lit dynamite strapped to her chest.

But the Alpha only grinned. “I know everything I need to know.”

She tried not to ask, but it came out anyways. “Like what?”

He smiled bigger. It was happy and had probably charmed many women into his bed. Hundreds of them, thousands…sluts.

“That you are mine.” Willow snapped her teeth at him. He tossed back his head and laughed. “If you want to bite then go ahead, sweetheart. But be warned that my teeth are bigger, sharper, and longer.”

Willow snorted. Men. Always bragging.

She looked pointedly at her chains and the room spun around her. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before she said, “Mind telling me why I’m chained to a bed? And know that before you answer, if you say I’m in your bedroom I will kill you.”

It’s 2013!

I hope you all have a safe holiday! Dance, laugh, eat, and be merry because it’s 2013 and the world is still here.

I’m excited as I’ve been vacationing in New York to visit his family for the holiday, and I’ve just released my newest book on Dec. 28th.

The Fallen King by T.A. Grey

The Fallen King by T.A. Grey

The Fallen King is the 4th book in The Bellum Sisters series but can be read on its own. It’s a paranormal romance novel that features a cursed demon trying to get rid of his curse and a headstrong human/succubus who gets caught in his problems.

Life couldn’t have possibly gotten worse for the demon king Alrik. But it did. He lost the love of his life. Days spent clouded in black and gray were brightened only with the lovely Arianna near. Her light kept the darkness at bay if only for a few moments.

And now she’s gone leaving him alone. Now he has nobody. But he has purpose. A purpose–steely determination—for revenge against the one who cursed him. His mother. She’s out there in the rift, gathering forces, for what, he’s unsure.

A mere human witch by the name Abbigail Krenshaw is the key to saving himself and killing his mother–or so a little old seer tells him under sword point. Small, fragile, and breakable Abbigail almost reminds him of his lost love, yet she’s different. Strong, charming, always pushing him in ways that Arianna wouldn’t dare. He can feel her worming her way into his battered, blackened heart and can’t decide whether he wants to close her inside forever, or lock her out.

He needs Abbigail. He needs the human witch to sacrifice herself in order to save his tortured soul. He’s more than willing to sacrifice her for his purpose, but the more he’s around her the more difficult it becomes to uphold the decision. Can he really use her to save himself and let her die? His heart screams no but his mind says yes.
