New Year’s Blog Hop

It’s 2013!New Year's Eve

image

I hope you all have a safe holiday! Dance, laugh, eat, and be merry because it’s 2013 and the world is still here.

I’m excited as I’ve been vacationing in New York to visit family for the holiday, and I’ve just released my newest book on Dec. 28th.

The Fallen King by T.A. Grey

THE FALLEN KING by T. A. GREY

The Fallen King is the 4th book in The Bellum Sisters series but can be read on its own. It’s a paranormal romance novel that features a cursed demon trying to get rid of his curse and a headstrong human/succubus who gets caught in his problems.

Life couldn’t have possibly gotten worse for the demon king Alrik. But it did. He lost the love of his life. Days spent clouded in black and gray were brightened only with the lovely Arianna near. Her light kept the darkness at bay if only for a few moments.

And now she’s gone leaving him alone. Now he has nobody. But he has purpose.

A purpose—steely determination—for revenge against the one who cursed him. His mother. She’s out there in the rift, gathering forces, for what, he’s unsure. A mere human witch by the name Abbigail Krenshaw is the key to saving himself and killing his mother–or so a little old seer tells him under sword point. Small, fragile, and breakable Abbigail almost reminds him of his lost love, yet she’s different. Strong, charming, always pushing him in ways that Arianna wouldn’t dare. He can feel her worming her way into his battered, blackened heart and can’t decide whether he wants to close her inside forever, or lock her out.

He needs Abbigail. He needs the human witch to sacrifice herself in order to save his tortured soul. He’s more than willing to sacrifice her for his purpose, but the more he’s around her the more difficult it becomes to uphold the decision. Can he really use her to save himself and let her die? His heart screams no but his mind says yes.

  1. I don’t like all the drunk people… me mean go out have a good time but don’t so sloppy you don’t know what you did… I like having a couple drinks smooching my hubby and dancing always a good time but that is the key good time not puke time lol

  2. Happy New Year!

What I like about the new year is it can be a whole new beginning. Sometimes life hands us curve balls but with a new year comes new possibilities.

  3. I like looking forward to the new year.. and the opportunities that lie ahead 🙂 I feel rather “meh” about resolutions. I like setting goals and meeting them,I don’t necessarily need the new year to do that.

  5. I love the fresh start. I don’t do anything for the new year though. I stay home with the family and relax. Fireworks (the sound, anyway) frighten me haha.

    Eager to look forward!

    Thanks for the chance

  6. I like and don’t like that new years eve is my youngest son’s birthday LOL I love that I have him so of course I love his birthday but I hate that he has to share it. Also it would have been better if he could have waited the 8 more weeks he was supposed to and been born in at the end of Feb beginning of March. Carin

  12. I love the feeling of a fresh start you get at new years but hate the local penchant for drunk driving on our icy roads.

Happy new year and thanks for the giveaway!

  14. What I don’t like is when people are shooting off firecrackers and guns in the neighborhood, which is dangerous and annoying.

  15. I love that New Year signifies the start of a clean slate, forget the past and any negativity. What I don’t like is the craziness of guns and violence…celebrating to me just isn’t to be violent or irresponsible but joyful without risking or harming someone else or yourself!

  16. I don’t like people who set off fireworks days in advance. Wait for the freaking ball to drop and quit scaring the crap out of me by randomly setting off fireworks that sound like gunshots. Thank you. Anyways, have a happy New Year!

  17. Congrats on your new release last month. Usually the New Year just means Christmas break is about over and my kids go back to school, yay, but this year has been a doozy of a downer so far with bad news. At least it can’t go anywhere but up, though, right? Thanks for the contest!

  18. Thanks for the giveaway. I don’t like the emphasis on couples and the new year’s kiss. Valentines is bad enough!
